John 9
The Man Born Blind

This service called us to trust in Jesus’ vision and way, moving beyond societal labels to embody love and serve with courage. It reflected on historical examples like André Trocmé’s community in Le Chambon, which saved lives out of faith, inspiring us to act similarly today. It challenged our biases, urging us to listen to the marginalized and see God’s work in them, prioritizing love as the law.

Reflection Questions for This Week:

  1.  How do our own biases or fears limit our ability to see God’s love at work in others, especially those society marginalizes?
  2. In what ways can we, like André Trocmé’s community, embody Jesus’ way of love and healing in our daily lives or communities?
  3. What does it look like for you to "lean into the Spirit" this week, opening yourself to new ways of thinking, serving, or loving boldly?
